Support

A bot handles exact requests. A person handles the rest.

A person reviews detailed requests within 24 hours and replies with an answer or next step.

What a fitbot can answer automatically

DM, reply, or tag your own bot with “show me a deal,” “show me a deal I missed,” or one eBay, Poshmark, Vinted, or Grailed listing link for a price chart. Plain follow-ups such as “what else you got?” ask for another pick. Requests naming a brand, color, size, category, or budget enter human review because the automatic path cannot safely honor those qualifiers yet.

Reach a person

Email support@wouldcop.com for product help, profile changes, or a request the bot could not understand. Email privacy@wouldcop.com for access, deletion, or another privacy question. Both reach wouldcop support; neither is a personal address.

With an atproto account, you can also privately message @wouldcop.com.

Change or erase a profile

Sign in at intake.wouldcop.com to review your current profile, correct it, or use the erase control. For household accounts, a person confirms whether the request covers every managed profile. See privacy and deletion for the distinction between active records, rolling backups, and public atproto copies.

Is the service working?

Check service status. A working bot stays quiet when no live listing clears both the fit and price gates. Its first-day status names that state.
